What is a Brazilian Blowdry?

The Brazilian Blowdry is a replenishing treatment that reconditions and protects the hair, whilst enhancing its natural shine. Brazilian Blowdry seals in moisture into the hair cuticle, straightening without damaging or changing the hair texture. As can be seen from the above “before” and “after” pictures, results are immediately visible. The treatment reduces volume and softens waves, but doesn’t completely straighten the hair.

The stylist will start by washing your hair with a clarifying shampoo and will then blow dry it. The keratin solution is then applied to the hair in sections and combed through. The treatment is left on your hair to take effect, before your hair is blow dried again. Your hair is then straightened with hair straighteners to seal in the treatment, before being washed and blow dried again. A Brazilian Blowdry usually takes between two and four hours, depending on your hair.

Following the keratin treatment, care and styling become effortless with minimal blow-drying and styling required.

We recommend that you use a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner as this will help the treatment last longer.
