At Raire we pride ourselves on creating a friendly and fun place to work and regard our team members as part of the Raire family.

We provide excellent on-going training through Paul Mitchell and in August 2017 launched our Raire Training Academy which provides practical training opportunities for our trainees and apprentices whilst offering our clients discounted hairdressing services.

We reward hard work and loyalty by recognition and internal promotion. A number of our team members have worked their way up to director or manager level from starting with Raire as a trainee.
